Individual Adult Therapy

I work with individuals who feel stuck. Many of my clients have experienced developmental trauma or struggle with C-PTSD, and they’re willing to do deep work to heal deep wounds. Together, we explore their inner worlds to help them make big life changes.

Couples Therapy

I work with couples who are struggling with their relationships. If you find yourself having the same fight over and over again or if you feel like you’ve lost the relationship you once had, therapy can help.

Listen, are you breathing just a little, and calling it a life?

Therapy for Blended Families

Blended families hold a special place in my heart because I’m a stepmother myself. I know what it’s like to be on this journey, and I’ve helped many families navigate the tricky terrain that comes with creating a new normal. Studies show it can take 7 years for the average stepfamily to feel at ease, but therapy can make this process easier. If you’re on this road, I’d be delighted to support you.

Adult Family Therapy

As Ram Dass once said, “If you think you are enlightened, go and spend a week with your family.” We may giggle, but this tends to resonate with most of us. Sometimes, even the closest family bonds can fray. Whether you’re struggling with unresolved conflict or different values, therapy can help you reconnect with your adult family members.
